At CBRE Portugal, within our Advisory & Transactions Offices team, we are currently seeking a Consultant to grow our team of dedicated professionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, and tenants ensuring client care programs are implemented. Perform and presentation of periodically reports regarding the asset to the clients.

Generating leads by cold calling potential clients, networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals and actively follow up on queries.

Identify prospective clients and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect.

Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally. Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets.

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Relevant professional experience

Strong interest in commercial real estate

Solid commercial profile

Excellent client relationship management skills

Strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English

Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Driving license
