ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain relationships with the client, tenants and other relevant stakeholders ensuring client care programs are implemented. Generating leads by cold calling potential tenants, networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals and actively follow up on queries. Identify prospective clients and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect. Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally. Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets. Prepare quantitative and qualitative client reporting. WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?
