As a Business Solution Analyst IT (m/f/d) you will play a central role in digital transformation, global standardization and leading transformation projects. You will have little to no business travel in this position.
The position is limited to 24 months.
These tasks inspire you International, high-impact IT projects in which you analyze and develop business processes and their requirements for software solutions Lead the demand management process from requirements gathering to solution delivery with efficient project management Translate business requirements into a design of world-class IT solutions and act as a key link between business requirements and technical teams Support the harmonization of global business processes and systems through strategic enterprise solutions Promote new technologies, advise stakeholders on optimal solutions and identify potential for improvement Establish cross-functional and cross-national connections, promote synergies between different IT initiatives and manage IT projects with significant impact on the organization You are on the starting blocks when the business needs regular exchange or ad hoc support regarding its IT applications Manage the product lifecycle for business applications What sets you apart You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable (IT) function in a company or management consultancy Initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors is desirable Initial experience in the implementation of new software solutions, e.g. in quality control or SAP S/4HANA You like to master complex and demanding challenges with enthusiasm and determination You can communicate effectively and adapt to different stakeholders Your business fluent English and advanced German skills pave the way for global impact and connectivity Great if you already have knowledge of project or change management methods (e.g. PMP, Scrum), if not: We'll train you!
