Hamilton Barnes is exclusively partnered with a leading Pan-European Exchange who have recently set up a state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre in Porto, Portugal. They are looking to recruit talented SOC analysts with around 2 years of experience, to be instrumental in fortifying their defences against evolving cyber threats This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the Cyber Security space. The role is freelance, working on a 12-month hybrid working contract on a 24/7 shift pattern, but has infrequent night shift requirements. Responsibilities: Responding to and analysing alerts generated from security monitoring tools Troubleshooting security alerts, researching specific solutions and delivering solutions The ability to handle, track, review, and orchestrate the tickets received. Skills/Must have: Previous experience or extensive training working within a Security Operations Centre Strong Knowledge of Security Monitoring Tools - Darktrace, Crowdstrike Knowledge of Network Technologies like TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, Routing Protocols All applicants must be able to communicate fluently in English Benefits: Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office full 12 month contract with extension options Salary: €200-€220 Per Day If you are interested in this opportunity, apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
