Not to Exceed: 2025 BASE: NTE 91,080 EUR (44 sprints at 2,070 EUR NTE/ sprint)
Period of Performance: As soon as possible not later than 06th January - 31st December 2025 with options for 2026 and 2027.

Objectives
Orchestrate the delivery of the Complementary Learning Opportunities (CLO) service across the NATO Enterprise.
Responsible for the definition, execution and satisfactory completion of assigned projects/services.
Provide effective leadership to the project team.
Support the service delivery effort with the right tools and processes.
Manage project budgets and ensure effective resource management.
Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, schedule and quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate communication.
Manage support contracts with industry.
Identify delivery issues and propose improvements.
Support the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities.
Scope of Work:
Service delivery management of Complementary Learning Opportunities (CLO) Service, including analysis of customer requests and supervision of delivery.
Customer and stakeholder engagement, including maintaining customer relationships and responding to inquiries.
Support other Service Delivery Managers in daily operations and reporting.
Coordination And Reporting: The contractor shall participate in status update meetings and report outcomes of work during sprints.
Requirements
NATO SECRET security clearance.
Fluent in English with technical documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
Proven experience in service or project management.
Formal Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or PMP).
Prior experience in Agile project management.
Strong analytical skills and customer relationship management experience.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
Experience with NATO agencies or organizations.
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.
Experience with ServiceNow, EBA, JIRA, and TMS.
Language Proficiency: Level 3 English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001.
