Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the project.
Conceptualize and design marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
Collaborate closely with motion designers and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective visual storytelling.
Optimize graphic materials for quality and visibility on various platforms.
Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive.
Contribute to building the team's working pipelines and processes.
What kind of professional are we looking for?2+ years of experience as a 2D Marketing Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your marketing-related design projects.
Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style.
Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts.
Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, shapes, volume, and color.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant tools.
Familiarity with creating designs optimized for various digital platforms.
Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs.
Understanding of the casual mobile games market and trends.
Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.
Fluency in English language.
Would be a plus: Knowledge of mobile game trends and best practices for app store optimization (ASO) is a plus.
Experience in animation and video editing.
Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya) for asset integration.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
