Multinational group operating in the areas of inspection, auditing, control, and certification. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Commercial area to join our team in Maia. Responsibilities: Supporting the commercial process in registering, preparing, sending, and closing proposals. Management of public and private procurement platforms. Responsible for qualifying the EQS group as an approved supplier. Qualifications: Higher education in management, economics, or a relevant field. Experience in similar roles. A love of the commercial area. High knowledge of Excel. High level of spoken and written English (compulsory). The estimated duration is 6 months, but an extension is possible.
