This service delivers more reliable and secure third-party data, enabling businesses to focus on their core operations while ensuring data integrity. Your responsibilities: Handle all customer inquiries in German through various communication channels, such as phone and email. Reach out to third parties and international companies to verify their payment details. Confirm with clients and companies whether the IBAN is accurate and belongs to them. Manage and nurture client relationships. Our expectations: You speak German at a proficient level. You speak English at a minimum of B2 level. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. You are self-motivated, and you like to work in a team. Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus! Main duties: Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract.
