PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Technical Lead Production Applications!
Your mission:
Work as a technical product owner on our production/MES application and implement innovative designs and concepts for our production within the company.
Be an integral part of our intercultural and international team and continuously work on further development of our future-oriented innovation projects.
As a Technical Product Owner, you will assume technical and process-related responsibility for our applications used in our factories around the world
Develop viable solutions together with your agile software development team, business partners and software architects.
Understand business requirements, translate them into technical requirements, and question the status quo to consciously improve your applications.
Define user stories in coordination with the business and prepare them for development.
Develop robust and flexible global applications and manage the technical backlog of software products and applications.
Lead software development projects on the IT development and operations side.
Analyze packaging processes together with the business and optimize them using customized software solutions.
Get an overview of complex, non-standard issues so you can incorporate them into the global standardization project.
Present packaging processes to the development team and invest a lot of time in well-prepared user stories, which are then delivered to the development team.
Clarify technical details with architects to design/develop sustainable software solutions.
Carry out stakeholder management and have skills in a cooperative manner towards the company's general objectives in a global environment.
Act as point of contact for the development team, responding to their needs in order to enable developers to work well and efficiently in a demanding environment.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Bachelor's degree in computer science (business) or other degree program with a focus on information technology;
Experience in software programming with Java, Docker, microservices, and hybrid cloud; (Mandatory)
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Technical Leader;
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager;
Experience with hybrid cloud microservices architectures and specification of complex IT systems, as well as working in heterogeneous system scenarios;
Understanding and experience with agile working methods;
Experience in modeling IT processes and describing user stories;
Strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile, self-organized, and dynamic teams;
High sense of responsibility, good ability to understand, and great desire to learn;
English C1/C2.
Working model:Hybrid 3x
Availability for Travel (Germany)
Direct internalization with the customer after one year of contract.
