This will involve attending workshops and assessing source documentationWork closely with Technical Architects to ensure that technical options are full assessedCreate logical and innovative solutions to complex problemsAnalyse business systems in order to recommend efficienciesProvide estimates for future analysis workWork closely with developers and a variety of stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet goalsProvide training to users of a new system as requiredCommunicate and collaborate with the test teamPlan and work flexibly to meet deadlinesMaintain great relationships at all levels of the organisationMaintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalating business critical situations to as requiredManage situations and relationships both internally and externallyWhat we want from you:You will have extensive experience working as a Technical Business Analyst on large ecommerce projectsExperience of working supplier side and managing client stakeholders and 3rd partiesAble to plan, and run large workshops with senior client stakeholders and manage senior stakeholders effectivelyHighly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional.
