Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager will support Transformation-related initiatives, with a primary focus on Italy and Spain. This role is pivotal in overcoming resource constraints and driving the successful delivery of transformation objectives within the designated timeframe. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, particularly in overseeing complex initiatives within diverse cultural and operational landscapes.Key responsibilities:1. Project Management : Lead and manage transformation initiatives within Spain and Italy, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals and objectives.2. Resource Management:  Effectively manage resources to optimise project outcomes, particularly in areas with significant resource constraints.3. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with in-country stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring project buy-in.4.
