Your mission will be…Delivery Optimization is a cross support function supporting the different Service Lines of Record 2 Report Business Line in optimizing their Portfolio, Service Delivery / Operations and assure Continuous Improvement. It consists of o a local role related to the R2R Delivery Center in Portugal.In concrete this consists in the following activities:To participate in GBS local and/or global improvement projects and initiatives;Drive Global Continues Improvement process, by identifying (together with the Global DO Community) best-practices or new improvement initiative and determining the best technical options for implementing them.
