Your primary focus will be creating intricate designs for specific project processes, translating them into precise Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Collaborating closely with engineers and project teams, you'll ensure our designs meet technical requirements, adhere to industry standards, and align seamlessly with project objectives and budget constraints.Develop detailed design plans for designated project sections, incorporating various technical elements.Produce accurate process documents, including PFDs and P&IDs, in line with Lifthium's engineering standards.Contribute to the enhancement of engineering standards related to PFDs and P&IDs.Work hand-in-hand with engineers and project team to integrate process design effectively into project goals and objectives.Ensure designs comply with established process norms, meet project timelines, and stay within budgetary limits.While a BSc in chemical engineering or a related field is desirable, your real-world experience and passion for the craft matter most.7+ years in mineral processing or chemical industries projects, backed by technical training in basic drafting technologyProficiency in basic design software like AutoCAD is essential.Ability to move from design concept to finished design, with minimal instruction;Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with project stakeholders.Exceptional time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and flexible approach are key attributes.Spoken and written English - proficiency in Portuguese a distinct advantage.A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork are essential, with a commitment to engineering excellence at the forefront of all tasks.We are a merit-based organization, recognizing impact and results of our teams.As a full-time employee, you will get a competitive pay and a broad benefits program.
