Added 20/12/2023Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environmentExciting opportunity to work on range of projectsUnderdogs Gallery is a cultural platform based in Lisbon that aims to create a space for artists within the contemporary art scene, connecting new urban-inspired graphic languages and visual culture.Responsible for managing all online sales activities for our gallery's online presence, in accordance with targeted audiences and sales goals, reporting to the Art Program and Sales ManagerManaging sales platforms such as Underdogs' website and Artsy, in order to with focus in retention and extend the international client databaseUpdating and managing CRM and newsletter strategy targeting email campaigns with focus on new leads, retention and engagement, in articulating with Gallery Sales PersonMeeting sales goals, by developing and deliver together with Communication team high-profile and impactful digital campaigns (including email marketing, Google Adds, paid social media, and branded content) for the Gallery's exhibitions, editions releases, events and commercial activities, to increase engagement and meet collectors' targetsManage the Gallery's relationship with E-commerce project manager and Developer for the website and/or marketing activitiesCompiling reports about website activity, such as number of session most popular pages/products, or conversion rates from browsing to purchaseGeneral administration, maintaining clients' records, email enquiries, sales and customer service process follow up, email and telephone enquiriesPerfil ideal Education: Marketing and Sales, Business Studies, Arts Management, or related fieldLanguages: Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and verbally. French knowledge is a plus.Qualifications and experience: 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of the online trends, with strong results-orientation and communication skillsGood knowledge of the art market with a strong understanding of the stakeholder's commercial needsMotivated by sales targets, whilst also being able to work independently and efficientlyExcellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detailClient management skills and ability to broker new relationshipsAbility to prioritize and focus on multiple tasksCapability in using tools as ERP software, Artsy, CRM software, Shopify, Google AdWords, MS Excel and databasesStrategic thinking and administration skillsDemonstrate team work abilitiesEnthusiastic and proactive attitudeResponsive and flexible to a fast-paced workplaceFantastic opportunity at a really exciting Art/Cultural business!#J-18808-Ljbffr
