Description: Multinational Client Executive– Lagos, Nigeria Come and join the world's leading Insurance Broker as a Multinational Client Advisor.Working within a dedicated team to provide a full Advisory/Executive service to an existing book of Multinational clients, you will focus on building strong relationships with a broad spectrum of clients for a market-leading, global organization.You will be responsible for servicing your own dedicated book of clients which will involve managing renewals, invoicing, identifying client needs, mid-term adjustments and generally handling any queries that come through from your dedicated client base in a quick and professional manner.This position will suit an experienced Commercial or Corporate Insurance professional, ideally from a broking background, however, we will also consider candidates from Commercial / Corporate Underwriting backgrounds, where there is a desire to move into servicing and candidates can demonstrate a high level of relationship management skills. What can you expect?Working amongst a diverse team of colleagues where you will be able to add value and learn from more experienced team membersBeing led by an approachable, friendly and professional Management Team where your progression and career development goals will be encouragedHealthy work life balance and flexibility We will rely on you to:Service a client portfolio of Multinational clients held by Marsh from around the worldResponsible for a portfolio of accounts ranging from standalone statuary covers up to large Multidivisional complex risks (including Property, BI, Motor, Liability and Group Travel/PA, Marine & Financial lines programs)Oversee all renewal procedures from start to finish as per the Multinational timeline including renewal strategy, risk presentations to the market, negotiations of terms obtained from Insurers and creation of Renewal ReportsEnsure invoicing and financial information are completed and managed correctlyGain an understanding of New Business procedures and practices and provide support when requiredActively work to develop and expand own portfolio of clients and introduce them to all corners of the Marsh group as appropriateAttend and support client visits as required or requestedWorking closely with Marsh overseas officesCommunicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programs.Involvement in global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that Marsh Multinational's services are properly articulated and utilisedBe an ambassador for Marsh Multinational – both internally and externally, through conferences, publications and other channelsAdvice on complex regulatory issues – with support from colleaguesDevelopment of knowledge management and marketing material (including case studies) to evidence a clearly differentiated multinational value proposition and service offering for both Internal and External audiences.Provide further career progression opportunities within Multinational by acting as a mentor to Multinational colleagues to share knowledge and skills.Internal review and audit of Insurances placements.Contribute to and participate in the Group audit program for risk products.What you need to have: Commercial or Corporate insurance knowledge/experience from a Broking or Underwriting background.Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environmentArticulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilitiesAwareness of Clients' businesses and their business issuesExcellent communication skillsStrong presentations skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skills.Analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)What makes you stand out:Dynamic with previous client-facing experienceThe ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent)
