Land Manager - Renewables

Multinational, leader in the Renewables sector.
The Land Manager will be responsible for supporting the department in all activities within the department. He'll be responsible for the planning, design, licensing and execution of wind and solar projects. These projects aim to increase the company's assets portfolio through the development of both wind and solar projects. Primary focus will be land management capabilities within Portugal, including the identification, prospection, and securing land leases for solar and wind development activities.

The Land Manager will also be responsible for the management of the existing land leases in Portugal, managing and mapping existing land lease contracts, negotiation of land lease renewals within established commercial conditions, ensuring the land plots are secured until the end-of-life to the wind and solar assets:
