Work on a monetization strategy, come up with and test the hypotheses for the LTV increase.
Coordinate the processes of the development and promotion of hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, and casual games.
Manage time and prioritize resources.
Take part in the development of game concepts and mechanics.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Experience with hyper-casual games and/or a deep understanding of the gaming market.
3+ years of experience working as a Producer/Product Owner (or in related positions).
A clear understanding of hyper-casual game mechanics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A demonstrated ability to express ideas concisely and clearly.
Creative thinking.
Upper-Intermediate English.
