Job Description At Accor we are currently looking for a F&B Supervisor for the new Accor opening in Ponta Delgada (Azores Islands, Portugal), the Mercure Açores Ponta Delgada.
About the position: If you are passionate about guests' interaction, food and beverage? As Maître, you are expected to uplift the F&B experience for guests. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role. If you can perform well in fast-paced environments, we'd like to meet you.
Some of your responsibilities are:
Coordinating daily F&B management operations Overlooks all restaurant operations. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Scheduling all F&B team members Supervising Events Coordinating with kitchen Training on health and safety lead by example Daily briefings updates and upselling techniques Cost control, inventory, training and maintaining SOP for quality. Introduce innovative ideas to generate revenue for the restaurant. Addressing guest requirement and able to create a "magnifique" experience.
