Responsibilities Understand, map and document business problems together with our technical team.Coordinate with the development and QA teams to ensure features are working as expected.Write product requirement user stories and acceptance criteria.Prioritization of backlogPrepare flowcharts on product features and modules.Basic ownership of the product line;Delight the customer.Doing Sprint Planning and sprint reviewHard Skills: Background in mobility;Experience in creating technical documentation;Graduate in a technical degree that is driven to meet, or exceed expectations;JIRA;Confluence;ScrumBPM/BPMN (not mandatory);Flowchart softwares;Fluency in English mandatory.Soft Skills: Strong leadership and organizational prioritization skills;effective communication;Time management;Working under pressure;Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and deadlines;Must be able to translate business requirements and help prioritize delivery.Analytical Mindset and orientation to detail;Desire to innovate and drive constant improvement.Proactive and reliable;Pragmatic and Team Player;Capacity to think out of the box;Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented.What you can expect from us?
