Applications Project Manager (M/F/D)

You will be a part of the Hays tech team working to a worldwide Automotive OEM supplier, impacting directly on the next step of their global digitalization

Your Tasks
•Manage the entire lifecycle of application projects from initiation to closure
•Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
•Lead project teams consisting of developers, testers, and other stakeholders
•Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues
•Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
•Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes
•Provide regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators

What you'll need to succeed
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development projects
•Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to success
•Proven track record of delivering successful application projects on-time and on-budget
•Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
•PMP or other project management certification is a plus
