Learn more about Bounce's Series A, spearheaded by a16z, here !About the roleBounce is hiring an Account Executive, you will be responsible for signing hotels onto Bounce's platform and covering multi-markets, by doing a combination of inside and outside sales activities. This is a full-time position, based at our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.? Where you come inYou will grow Bounce's Hotel networkYou will be expected to own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing and successfully onboard new partnersWork closely with your manager to identify areas for expansionYour profile+2 years of previous experience as an Account ExecutiveMust be fluent in English, French and ItalianExperience with full cycle sales in a startup environment, selling to hospitality industryHigh-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve top resultsAbility to confidently make cold calls to build pipelineAbility to build trust with a client and work as an advisorComfortable with rejection / hearing "no"Charismatic, positive, "can-do" attitude over the phone and in-personExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethic who's looking to contribute directly to the company's successConfidence in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businessesSelf-motivated and self-directed: able to work independently and as an active member of the teamWillingness to travel extensively across Italy and France to engage with potential partners and industry stakeholders.About Working at BounceAt Bounce, we're dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment regardless of gender identity, orientation, or expression.
