The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, excellent planning and organization skills, strategic and critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in project management and communication in English.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords for targeting.Optimize website content, structure, and meta data for improved on-page SEO.Manage technical SEO audits and implementations (sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, etc.).Execute local SEO tactics including Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, and location-specific content.Work in external link acquisition, preferably with established online content publishers or SEO agencies.Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.Stay up-to-date on SEO industry trends, best practices, and search engine algorithm updates.Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure integrated SEO efforts.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in SEO or an SEO-related roleProficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, etc.)Strong understanding of on-page, technical, local, and off-page SEO conceptsFamiliarity with WordPress or other content management systemsBasic knowledge of HTML/CSSExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlySolid analytical abilities to interpret data and draw actionable insightsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in EnglishNative Portuguese or Full Professional ProficiencyDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredWhat We Offer:Permanent contract25 paid vacation days (including Christmas and New Year's Eve + Birthday)WYgroup benefits and partnershipsBrand new office with an awesome beach viewRelaxed and dynamic office environmentTraining and team-building eventsIf you are a strategic thinker with strong planning, organizational, and communication abilities, we want to hear from you.
