Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years' experience in the Travel/Tourism industry
Worked in Tour Operator / DMC / Travel / Hotel Environment
Excellent attention to detail
High degree of organizational skills & attention to detail
Fluent in written and spoken French and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Confident knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Travel management systems
Passion for and comprehensive understanding of Portugal and Spain
Strong skills in using and manipulating data (OTA platforms and reservations systems – knowledge of Taylor made Product a plus!)
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Adaptable, always growing and improving
Not afraid to make mistakes, and accountable to learn from them

Check all suppliers contracts are up to date, maintained, and investigate any discrepancies
