We're seeking aVP of Hardware Engineering to lead and innovate our Hardware department. This role involves managing the hardware engineering team, driving technical innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software solutions. What You'll Be Doing Lead and Mentor: Guide the hardware engineering team to deliver top-quality, innovative hardware solutions. Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to meet hardware development goals, supporting business growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure integration of hardware and software. Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies in hardware design and manufacturing. Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to best practices, development standards, and compliance. Leadership: Provide technical leadership to solve complex challenges and contribute to business strategy. What We're Looking For Experience: Extensive background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Proven leadership in managing large hardware engineering teams. Successful track record in delivering complex hardware products from concept to production. Strong understanding of hardware development processes and manufacturing.
