What do you need to have: Hard Skills: Infrastructure skill: network (Windows/Linux), server (Windows/Linux), virtual machine (VmWare), cloud Azure/IBM (advanced level)
Excel and VBA (advanced level)
SQL PLSQL (advanced level)
French B2 (Upper Intermediate)
English B2 (Upper Intermediate)
Agile methods, ability to work in agile mode
ITIL knowledge (practical level)
Service Now (practical level)
Jira (practical level)
Citrix (practical level)
.Net (optional, knowledge)
Python (optional, knowledge)
Soft Skills: Good communication
