As a Team Manager you will manage a business unit and ensure the career management. Our ideal candidate for this role should have good leadership and communication skills and result oriented.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a business unit of consultants.
Ensure the employee onboarding and integration.
Support the professional growth and development of team members through training, coaching, and career development opportunities.
Ensure an efficient delivery at the recruitment level.




Capability to speak, understand, read and write English in a professional level.
Previous experience with Team management.
Professional experience in recruitment.
Previous experience in IT area.
Proactive and ambitious.
Result oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
