Inviting applications for the role of Taxation-Senior Manager-English A sound tax professional with relevant years of work experience in tax, and good working knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing concepts. The responsibilities will include tax support provided to Romania and some additional jurisdictions in EMEA region as follows: Responsibilities Support tax compliance process of Genpact affiliates based in Romania and some additional jurisdictions across EMEA (e.G. Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Portugal) by data gathering.Communicate with external tax advisors, review draft returns, summarize findings and conclusions Collate information for and su pport the preparation of local transfer pricing reports for Romania and some other EMEA group affiliates Support quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) tax reporting under US GAAP for Romania and some other EMEA jurisdictions, including preparation/review of quarterly and annual tax packs Liaise with other functions and stakeholders within the organization (Controllership, HR, Legal, etc.) concerning tax matters and projects Support ad-hoc tax projects related to M&A activities, restructuring, intra-group financing, profits repatriation, etc
