What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Systems Architect Engineer to take on technical responsibility for SCADA DMS/EMS/OMS/ADMS/REMS and Smart Grid systems projects, to reinforce our After-Sales team, located at the Maia Hub.
Mission:
Assume technical responsibility for projects, monitoring them from the initial phase (transition of the project from the commercial area) to its completion (commissioning, gathering of lessons learned and transfer to after-sales);
Validate and/or design the architectural and functional design of solutions for each project/client, this being a task shared with the Systems Engineering team, when participating in the project;
Be permanently aligned with the Project Management and technology team, particularly in defining project milestones;
Manage, from a technical point of view, subprojects within client projects (for projects with a GM aspect);
Ensure quality, cost, scope and deadlines (in alignment with the Project Management team);
Assume technical leadership of teams in the context of projects;
Promote effective and efficient communication within and outside teams;
Ensure alignment with GPC and customers for all technical and technological issues;
Monitor and control sub-contractors regarding the quality aspects of the work delivered;
Adopt and promote efficiency in the work performed.
Profile:
Higher education in Electrical and Computer Engineering - Energy or Automation/Computer Engineering;
Good knowledge of:
- SCADA Systems;
- Network and Routing;
- Communication Protocols (IEC104, IEC101, DNP, ICCP...);
- Oracle Databases;
- Microsoft Office;
- Operating Systems Windows, Linux and ESXI/VMWare;
- Java Script;
Ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously;
Proficiency in English languages;
Good communication skills;
Motivation and desire to learn and problem solving;
Spirit of innovation and creativity.
