Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 5 developers focused on software development for BLDC motors, including implementing FOC algorithms and Model-Based Design (MBD). Guide the transition from baremetal platforms to Safety RTOS and AUTOSAR. Establish an automated testing environment in Linux, ensuring robust, safety-critical software. Requirements Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 8 years of experience in embedded software development, with 3 years in a leadership role.
