Sql/Mysql Senior Application Support

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Knowledge in procedures and participate in the task automation process;
Management and monitoring of service levels;
Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;
Development of tools and processes in the field of service management;
24/7 Application Support, with prevention regime.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
At least 5 years of experience in Application support;
Expertise in SQL/MYSQL;
Familiar with IT standards/tools such as ITIL;
Knowledge of Cloud Based environments (IBM CLoud or MS Azure preferred) will be valued;
Knowledge in Java is a plus;
Organizational and communication skills;
Proactivity and dynamism;
