SMB Senior Sales Manager- DACH

You'll be selling the SaaS tool (company spending solution) that comes with physical pre-paid cards distributed to all employees. You'll help our customers simplify and streamline their invoices, reimbursements, subscriptions – the lot.
So, what do we need & why?
The main objective for this role is to build upon our already successful SMB momentum in the DACH region, currently 157%+ in attainment as of Q2'24. You'll need to use your management experience for setting and executing on sales strategies while developing our people and team to reach their full potential. You also won't shy away from leading by example in sales when needed!
The AE teams you'll be managing are responsible for full cycle sales and are targeted on a net addition number: Combination of new business (NBARR) + customer expansion (GARR) - customer churn (LARR).
We believe you'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience managing/leading salespeople and teams
Have experience in hiring, coaching, and developing people
Have experience with outbound sales (Ideally in a similar, SaaS & SMB context)
Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy
Have a deep understanding of the DACH market
Are business fluent in German
Are fluent in English, as it is the company's primary language
