Your TasksWorking in a growth team consisting of supportive and passionate software engineers (local and remote).Take part in designing and implementing growth initiatives with the purpose of boosting conversion rates, growing customer base, increasing customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and other developers in your team as well as in collaborating teams.Participate and contribute in refinement and planning sessions and provide valuable input in team discussions on upcoming initiatives and ideas.Contribute to the planned prioritized work of the team.Reviewing other team members' code, providing corrections and feedback in a professional, skill-building way, ensuring the team itself will improve as well as the quality of deliverables.
