As a Senior Sales Manager working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria you will be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #ExperienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.You will report to the Sales Director and lead teams of multilingual sales agents.The Role:Drive sales, manage day-to-day programme operations and develop a positive relationship with key client contacts, through both written and verbal communication.Responsible for working with all facets of the respective business including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and analytics. Maintains a direct line of communication with the Director of Programme Sales, (or Executive Director of Programme Delivery) and their management peers to maintain a consistent work effort across all programme sales teams.Maintains a relationship with the partner and assists in the overall programme management. The primary purpose of this role is to assist existing customers with their account migration as well as increasing the overall revenue. The Senior Manager, Programme Sales will manage and work under limited supervision.Key Performance Objectives:Ensure 100% delivery of all SOW requirements and goals for TTEC and achievement of client revenue targets.Manage day-to-day operations and deliverables.Improve the key success metrics associated with goals, including:Customer, Employee, and Client Satisfaction ScoresClient Sales-Level GoalsMonthly Revenue and Margin GoalsSenior Sales Managers are held accountable for absenteeism, attrition, in-chair occupancy, reliability, schedule adherence, retention, and profitability.Drive client message, actively manage the staff, support, motivate, and retain an outstanding team.Responsible for mentoring, training, evaluating, and developing the staff. Previous experience working in similar environment with demonstrated ability to train team members, in-person or virtually.Manage communication. Maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude.Escalate system level issues to the appropriate systems/IT support/vendor team.Ensure compliance with TTEC's processes and tools and manage system changes. Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation/regulations and TTEC's internal policies and procedures to understand, oversee, and prevent and/or minimize potential liability.Responsible for continuous improvement in the overall processes.Basic Qualifications5 to 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales and marketing within a call centre.Strong Knowledge and competence in Salesforce, Power Bi or other leading CRM/Analytics tool.Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients and to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects.High level of integrity, judgment and follow-through with strong coaching, people, and leadership skills
