What you'll need to be successful in this position: Minimum of 5+ years in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead. English proficiency should be at least B2 level. Must be a certified Scrum Master. Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Proficient in Agile Estimating and Planning. Knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts. Knowledge of Automated Testing techniques, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment and Test-Driven Development. Relevant Metrics: Ability to analyze Velocity vs Productivity. Proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Previous development experience is valued. Working Model: Initially, 4 days per week in the office for the first 3 to 6 months, transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home thereafter.
