We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum Master
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal already!
The amazing you will have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is required. Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software development practices. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Fluency in English; Fluency in French – valued; CPLP nationality or EU work permit required; Based in Lisbon; Why should you become part of our family?
