Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets;
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest;
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally;
Coordinate with the Team to build synergy between Sales and Operational departments;
Determine and give complimentaries to guests with the General manager's agreement;
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail;
Responsible for ongoing analysis & tracking of progress against milestones, identifying & prioritizing bottlenecks or opportunities for accelerating progress;
Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems;
Including up-selling;
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns;
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).
Languages:
Fluent in English. Spanish, French, or another European language is a must.

Work experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Technical Skills:
Ability to set clear goals, provide guidance, and track team performance.
Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Strong negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
