ADESS AG (Advanced Design and Engineering Systems Solutions) is a design and engineering company specialized in design, research, development, manufacture, and testing for the motor racing industry and other lightweight structures and high technologies sectors.We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager for our facilities in Vialonga – Lisbon.The Sales Manager will work closely with management, the competition department, production team, communication, accounting, and technical customer support.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this business development role include:Commercial:Search for Customers/racing teamsMonitor all projects, from quote to invoicingMonitor the performance of commercial activities, and prepare reports for ManagementLead customer relations remotely or on the circuitsDevelop relationships with customers and build their loyaltyPromote the ADESS brand to customers and/or prospectsIdentify customers' needs, propose technical improvement solutions in collaboration with the Design OfficeAdministrative:Write commercial offers and contractsProfile / RequirementsWe are looking for someone with commercial training or significant experience in motorsport, who is curious, creative, and has a taste for challenges.Savvy in sales and negotiation techniquesWritten and spoken EnglishMastery of a second foreign language, knowledge of the motorsport environment, and basic technical knowledge would be additional assets in the role.Please forward your CV with your current salary expectations.
