Sales Assistant - Luxury Segment - Lisbon

We are a Portuguese reference company operating within the luxury sector.
This pivotal role as Sales Assistant contributes to the brand sales growth in the store, acting as brand ambassador and delivering outstanding customer service.
SALES
Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques
Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of the products
Identify customer expectations and advise them on products
Understand how to handle customer queries
Ensure a welcoming client focused environment
Problem-solving in partnership with team members to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved
Update the stock when necessary
Preparation of the essential elements for the products' wrapping
Who We're Looking For
12nd grade (higher education will be a plus)
Very good English proficiency (essential) - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
Careful presentation
Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential)
Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to team culture and approach to service delivery
Problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities
Immediate availability
Working Schedule
40 working hours per week (8 working hours per day)
Shift schedules: 8:00 till 17:00 or 12:00 to 21:00 with 2 days-off per week that may rotate each week
Does not work on public holidays
