Funções We are looking for a commercial administrative fluent in Italian and English (B2), for a client company operating in the automotive sector at Maia.
Work in coordination with the Client Brands (field).
Work with the sales administration applications, namely supporting management of commercial actions and bonuses. Follow-up of bonuses payment (Dealers Network) and related claims.
Payment and control of the incentives to B2B customers and Leasing Companies.
Direct contact with Network Dealers (B2C & B2B).
Management and resolution of claims with the due follow-up and feedback to the Dealers.
Requisitos Bachelor level or equivalent (not mandatory).
No finance and management skills necessary but good analysis capacity and affinity with numbers.
Deadline management.
Good relationship skills: Claims management.
Knowledge and experience with reporting management.
Fluent in the market language = Italian + English B2/C1, due to direct contact with local customers (not final Customers).
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Oferta 1 year employment contract.

Schedules:
Monday to Friday (3/4 days at home - 1/2 days in the office).
