Ensure the efficient day to day running of the Department. Apply set selling strategy across all reservations systems ensuring maximum use of availability controls and room type availability. Proactively manage availability, recommending necessary strategy changes. Keep up to date with global and local events impacting your city and hotel. Develop the Reservations team to maximise revenue on every call. Check Reservations and ensure all bookings have been entered in accordance with set strategy. Manage any overbooking on a certain room type. What are we looking for? At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel. High level of Portuguese and English.
