Key responsibilities for the role:Define test structure, processes and test documentation standards?for the project or productDevelop comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to address specific business needs and use cases, including test dataConduct end-to-end business testing to ensure seamless integration and smooth workflow between various system components across departmentsPlan and execute regression tests, ensuring that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities?Perform integration testing with third parties via agreed test plans and manage third party defects to ensure a timely resolutionEnsure data quality by incorporating data crosschecks with other platformsCoordinate bug fixing and provide regular updates to stakeholders on discovered issues and their resolution statusMonitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders and test coordinatorEnsure thorough documentation of processes, best practices and lessons learned for future referenceDevelop and maintain a tester training and train testers and create and maintain release documentation to be understood for different company levelsCollaborate closely with Ecommerce colleagues, Product Owners, IT counterparts and key users to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria?Stay abreast of industry trends, business best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative testing approaches (e.g.
incorporate automation testing strategies)?What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in IT or economicsProven experience (minimum 2 years) as a QA UAT TesterFluent in English?Experience in test planning, execution and reporting best practicesProven knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools, ideally using Azure DevOps Test PlansEffective communication with the ability to liaise between technical, business & management stakeholdersStrong understanding of business processes and workflowsPrevious experience in Customer Master Data Management, Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Programs is a plusExperience in test automation strategy and low-code test automation tools is a plus
