Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for GUI testing, ensuring robust and scalable solutions;
Utilize tools like UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Selenium (Java), WebdriverIO (JavaScript), along with Gherkin, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, IntelliJ, and Postman;
Create Docker images to manage test environments and build CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing workflows;
Perform automated API testing using Postman and JSON to ensure high-quality software releases;
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring they are tracked and followed up accordingly;
Collaborate with teams to coordinate testing activities, providing motivation and guidance to ensure the success of automation efforts;
Ensure adherence to procedures, methodologies, and guidelines while striving to deliver high-quality results that meet customer satisfaction;
Be proactive in listening and asking questions to understand project needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
+4 years of experience in QA Automation;
Expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, with at least 2 years of experience in UFT (VBScript) and Selenium (Java), WebdriverIO (JavaScript);
Proficiency with Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, and IntelliJ for test automation and continuous integration;
Experience with Docker for test environment creation and CI/CD pipelines;
Experience with ALM Octane for managing test cases and tracking defects;
Strong understanding of Postman, JSON, and REST APIs for API testing;
Analytical mindset with systematic, critical, and logical thinking for effective problem-solving;
Professional experience in SQL;
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan work ahead and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment;
Effective communication and collaboration skills;
Fluent level of English;
Fluent in French;
Living in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid role).
