We are looking for self-starters who are excited about building an industry-first technology while working with talented crypto team members located all over the world!ResponsibilitiesInterface with the development teams of high-profile projects building on top of Connext to create project specifications, assist with development efforts, and provide ongoing developer support.Design and optimize a process for onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to production.Iterate on Connext's developer experience based on feedback from users and partners.Build PoCs and examples on top of Connext to showcase the technology and demonstrate how it can be used to the broader community.RequirementsExtensive experience building projects and hacks in the space.Experience with Solidity with a deep understanding of security best practices.Familiarity with common Ethereum dApp and wallet development paradigms as well as industry-standard developer tooling like Ethers, Hardhat, Foundry, etc.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
