Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a Project Manager Officer for one of our main partners, for a hybrid position based in Portugal.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Perform the relevant PMO processes (e.g. initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close, and the supporting processes).
Develop/Support the creation of detailed Program/Project Plans, scope, budget, and baseline scheduling.
Keep track of quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain monitoring and control mechanisms to track the progress of projects at all phases.
Execute change management tracking and reporting.
WHAT WE WANT
More than 4 years of proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
Deep customer focus and understanding.
PMP certification is valued.
Strong influence and collaboration skills with executive presence.
Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
Fluent English.
