ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate product functionalities and performance based on market feedbackConduct market research to determine market requirements for current and future productsManage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to launchingDrive volume and value from specific markets in collaboration with the sales and marketing teamDefine product functionality and requirements based on gathered data and business rulesConduct UAT in terms of functionality and business requirementsEnsure that product features are working and experiences are improvedUnderstand customer needs through surveys, complaints, market and user research and data gatheringDrive improvements in user experience by working with the UX/UI TeamKeep abreast of competitor products and industry trends and look for opportunities for improvementProvide support to the Sales and Marketing teams by providing technical expertise and ensure performance standards and service levels are metWork on integrations such as payments, logistics, tools, etc.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or other relevant courseSignificant 5+ years experience in product development/managementDemonstrated experience in a product management roleWork experience in Product Design/Development in e-commerce, fintech, logistics, omnichannel and other similar industriesDesigned and developed a product feature from E2E (Ideation, requirement gathering, writing product requirement, plotting road map, QA, Testing and launching, post mortem)Self-starter, can work with minimum supervision, and is comfortable working in a startup environmentAble to communicate effectively with other departments and offshore teamsFamiliar with agile developmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenOpen to challenges and willing to learn complex systems and processesStrong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and can provide data analysisAbility to drive work to completion with designers & engineersStrong understanding of SDKs, APIs and other technology stacks in building productsKnowledge and practice in using product management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.Experience in a startup work environment is preferredWork Setup: Fully Onsite
