Your Role We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in Process Management to join our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector.
Job role:
Know and monitor all operation activity and processes; Carry out a survey of activities and procedural flow; Identify and implement operational improvements; Ensure control and verification of operational improvements implemented; Systematize information with detailed analysis of constraints; Produce reporting related to the activity. Your Profile Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or other; Experience/know-how in the Telecommunications sector is a plus; Consolidated knowledge of the Waterfall methodology is a plus; Work experience in process management and/or workflow improvements; 2+ years of experience in process management; Good level of English is a plus; Collaborative and teamwork skills.
