Print Production Manager, IndonesiaWe are inviting qualified candidates to join us as Print Production Manager, based onsite at our client's office in Banten, Indonesia.Role DescriptionThe Print Production Manager (PPM) is responsible for liaising with the clients and printers, providing internal instruction to modify artwork so that the final print will meet (as close as possible) the original design intent, across multiple packaging types and print processes.Role and ResponsibilitiesFollow all Standard Working Practices (SWP)Assess new designs, liaising with the client, printer and tooling supplier to agree artwork changes/separation approach, based on the chosen print processProvide Artworkers with technical instructions on artwork separationSupport and develop Artworkers to apply reprographics/colour separation with minimum PPM inputTrain and support new and junior members of the PPM teamSpecify tooling requirements (where required)Maintain client brand targets and colour standardsMaintain printer specification records, and printer qualificationMaintain PPM technical recordsProvide post-print analysis (both measured and visual)Work in conjunction with all other areas of the business to ensure that artwork is generated in the most effective and timely manner possibleRequirementsExperience in print and packagingPrinting Systems knowledge across a broad range of package typesUnderstanding of colour management / proofing systemsPossess excellent project management skillsDue to geographical requirements, Bahasa Malay language capability is required in this roleExcellent written and spoken EnglishHybrid work arrangement and work onsite at client's office in JakartaPlease attach a resume in English language.We are an equal opportunity employer and we strictly prohibit and do not tolerate discrimination against employees, applicants or any other covered persons because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any legally protected characteristic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
