Responsibilities: The Operations Manager Support will have a key role in supporting local operations teams in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. He/She will build and optimize proc esses or tools that will help the CommOps team to increase the uptime of our network and provide world-class maintenance in all the markets. The Operations Manager Support will be part of a Central Team, reporting directly to the Central Operations Manager. She/He will have the opportunity to work with different markets and h ave a dynamic day-to-day life characterized by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance at the HQ level:
Constantly create new processes to help further accelerate the various operations on the ground to the European markets Capacity to manage several stakeholders simultaneously Support the teams with strategic and operational data Actively identify new strategic avenues of process optimization Proactively prepare & monitor data reports, and analytics to be able to take decisions based on relevant data and analytics Manage the team responsible for all the monitoring and backlog management of Powerdot's network The Candidate we are looking for: You have 2-3 years' experience, in a technical support position and/or as manager of a Customer Success team or a technical support team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain progress and any obstacles, as well as explaining our value proposition to a customer in a commercial manner You have an analytical mind and are very comfortable with figures Excellent organisational skills with a sense of priorities With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you have the autonomy and independence needed to take important decisions quickly Rigorous and agile, you know how to analyse the performance of an initiative and draw the appropriate conclusions Appetence and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and the desire to conquer a fast-gr owing market with a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus. If you don't have this experience, we'll be able to take you to the next level.
