Location : Madeira (airport area)
Work schedule : Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
What we offer :

Responsibilities:
Dealing with suppliers, logistics, maintenance, office supplies, etc.
Helping the management with specific projects, from finding us a new space for our branches or offices to finding accommodation for our workers or board members
Assembling furniture in the office (an Ikea chair or desk, for example)
Helping management with day-to-day challenges, which can range from taking a document to our lawyers to finding the best catering company for a company event
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Very organized and tidy
Attentive to details
Trustworthy, fair, honest, and responsible
Likes to interact with people
Doesn't have any problem doing non-specialized jobs, like changing lamps or assembling a chair
