If you speak English on a native or fluent level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application.Please note that this is a night-shift role.Your Responsibilities:You are the main person of contact for our English speaking customers.You will be part of a global customer care team.You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers.You help to build up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon.You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.Requirements:You are passionate about food.You are a strong communicator.You speak English at a native or fluent level.You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy.You have good writing skills.You are hands-on, and have attention to detail.You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge.You have a valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship, Portuguese NIF and NISS, and are currently residing in Portugal.We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Customer Care Expert, which means your usual working hours would be between 22:00-07:00 (the time may be changed according to the needs of the Company) - there is a payment increment for working those hours.
